Peidmontese

This is some of the best beef in the world. Different idea than the ultra-fat Wagyu. It is known as the "original" crossbreed.

  1. Do people really prefer it to Wagyu (or other kinds of beef)?

    E.g. if you put down a few platters, one full of cooked Piedmontese steaks, another of cooked Wagyu steaks, will people really finish the Piedmontese first, and only then switch to the Wagyu?

    That's how I know what food pigs (or humans) prefer: whatever they finish first is their preference.
